About The Author - Patrick Waddick

Patrick Waddick is currently employed as a TQM Engineer and Six Sigma Expert Resource for United Defense. In his current role, he has developed and implemented multiple division-wide quality systems, in addition to leading quality teams, facilitating product development processes and coaching green belts.

Mr. Waddick has contributed to the quality initiatives of GE Capital, as both a green belt and black belt, Wagner Spray Tech Corporation and Photran Corporation. Mr. Waddick is a graduate of the University of Minnesota, with Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
